Post organised IYD 2022 at the CGI premises on 21 June 2022 under the theme “Yoga for Humanity”. The event was attended by around 150 people. Guests came from different sections of the society which includes diplomatic community, media, prominent businessmen, students, senior citizens, youth, children etc.
2. The event was organised in collaboration with Kamalini Yoga Studio, Medan and PT Nirvana Indonesia Yoga, Medan. Session was guided by Ms Mariana, Yoga Instructor at Kamalini Yoga Studio. PT Nirvana Indonesia Yoga distributed 100 yoga mats to the guests.
3. Consul General in his address spoke about significance of Yoga and how it impacted everyone’s life during the Covid pandemic across the globe.
4. Common Yoga Protocol was followed by a guided “Isha Kriya” meditation session. Post also distributed yoga related books to the guests.
